Permit & Payment Policy

• Bhutan permits are issued by government authorities, so processing timelines are beyond the tour operator's control.
• Delays caused by incomplete documents or government procedures are not the company's responsibility.
• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
• Full payment must be completed on Day 1 before or after hotel check-in.
• Any increase in hotel rates, taxes, fuel charges or government fees announced after booking will be payable extra.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Land Package Cancellation

• 30 days or more before travel: 15% cancellation charges
• 15–29 days before travel: 40% cancellation charges
• 7–14 days before travel: 70% cancellation charges
• Less than 7 days before travel or no-show: 100% cancellation charges

Bhutan Permit & SDF Cancellation

Bhutan permit charges and SDF, once processed, may be partially or fully non-refundable as per the applicable Bhutan Tourism policy.

Hotel & Peak Season Policy

During peak season, festivals, long weekends or blackout dates, hotel cancellation policies may differ. Higher cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel's policy.

Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation confirmation.

Other Important Terms & Conditions

• No refund will be provided for unused meals, sightseeing, hotel stays or transfers after the trip begins.
• Monument entry fees and camera/video charges are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
• Additional expenses caused by medical emergencies, natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks or travel delays must be borne by the guest.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Special room requests such as adjoining rooms, mountain-view rooms or floor preferences are subject to hotel availability.
• Adventure activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk and local safety instructions must be followed.
• Guests are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
• Any damage caused by guests at hotels or in vehicles will be chargeable directly.
• The vehicle service timing is generally 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as per the itinerary. Usage beyond the agreed timing may attract additional charges.
• Drivers and representatives will make every effort to provide good service. The company reserves the right to stop services in case of inappropriate behaviour towards drivers or representatives.
