Shimi Ko Achar

 

 

Popular dish Shimi Ko Achar is created using string beans. It is a Shimi, a type of native vegetable. Moreover, sesame seeds are used to improve the flavour. Together with the addition of lemon juice, green chilies are used to boost the pickle's sourness and spice levels.
