- After receiving all the required information, your helicopter tickets will be processed and issued to you through Whatsapp within 48 working hours, subject to availability and operational approval.
Terms & Conditions – Sikkim Helicopter Service
- All helicopter rides are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational clearance.
- We strongly recommend booking your tickets minimum 15 days in advance. Your booking will be confirmed only after full payment. Unpaid bookings will be cancelled automatically.
- Flight schedules may change or be cancelled due to bad weather, technical issues, or government regulations.
- All passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of travel.
- No refund will be provided to passengers who fail to report at the boarding point on time (no-show).
- Passengers must strictly follow the assigned boarding time. Late arrival may result in cancellation without refund.
- Once the booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
