3. The executive will collect the necessary details such as your name, ID proof, gender, and age.
4. After receiving all the required information, your helicopter tickets will be processed and issued to you through Whatsapp within 48 working hours, subject to availability and operational approval.

• All helicopter rides are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational clearance.
•  We strongly recommend booking your tickets minimum 15 days in advance. Your booking will be confirmed only after full payment. Unpaid bookings will be cancelled automatically.
• Flight schedules may change or be cancelled due to bad weather, technical issues, or government regulations.
• All passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of travel.
• No refund will be provided to passengers who fail to report at the boarding point on time (no-show).
• Passengers must strictly follow the assigned boarding time. Late arrival may result in cancellation without refund.
• Once the booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
