This package includes helicopter tickets only. Accommodation, meals, cab services, and any ground transportation are not included. Passengers must report at the helipad on their own at the scheduled reporting time. Any local transfers between the hotel and helipad must be arranged by the guests themselves or can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
Reporting: Guests must report directly at Bagdogra Helipad on their own at the scheduled reporting time.
Dropping: Guests will be dropped at Gangtok Helipad. Any transfer from Gangtok Helipad to hotel must be arranged by the guests themselves or can be arranged on request at an additional cost.

- All helicopter rides are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational clearance.
- We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance. Your booking will be confirmed only after full payment. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically.
- Flight schedules may change or be cancelled due to bad weather, technical issues, or government regulations.
- All passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of travel.
- No refund will be provided to passengers who fail to report at the boarding point on time (no-show).
- Passengers must strictly follow the assigned boarding time. Late arrival may result in cancellation without refund.
- Once the booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
